If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unworn items can be returned for size exchange, item exchange or voucher.
Return Instructions

1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected]. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, item change, or voucher to be deducted on any future order. Once the return request has been received, AR.AN DI ASTRO LUCA will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. The return must be made with shipping paid by the buyer.
3. The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:
   1) Exchange of goods or exchange of articles
   It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.
   It is also possible to exchange the garment for a different article.
4. The return shipment must take place within 15 days of receiving the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

• In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by AR.AN DI ASTRO LUCA. You can agree by telephone at no. +39 081.20.06.22
• AR.AN DI ASTRO LUCA reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. Acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
• AR.AN DI ASTRO LUCA will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
