Free Shipping in Europe for orders over €149.

If your order does not exceed the threshold for free shipping, you will find the shipping costs below:

Shipping in Italy: €9,90
Shipping to Europe: €14,90
Rest of the world: €49,90

For shipments we use the express courier service which guarantees delivery in 1/2 working days which must be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (weekends and public holidays excluded)

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the header “Your order has been shipped!” and the following day you will receive the delivery (except for some areas of Italy served in 48h)

If the product, once received, was not to your liking, we can organize a collection for you within and no later than 15 days from the order. Once the product has been received in our warehouses and its integrity and total resalability have been verified, we will refund the same payment method used.
However, if the package is intact but the contents are damaged, you will have up to 5 days to be able to initiate a return request.

To start a return request visit the page My Account and click on “Request a Return” next to the order you want to return.

It is recommended to attach a photo to the return request showing the condition of the shoe and packaging.
