You can choose between different shipping and delivery methods, some modes are only available for some products and are not available in some areas.

Delivery to your home with Express Courier

The delivery of the order will be made by Corriere Bartolini at STREET FLOOR, on Working Days (from 08:30 to 18:00).

Delivery is made without notice (unless you have purchased the delivery by appointment service available during the purchase process).
We advise you to indicate an address where someone is always present for collection (for example: the concierge of your building, your office or a neighbor who you know is more present at home). Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes and Post Offices.

In case of absence, the Courier leaves a notice of passage; if you do not contact the courier at the telephone number indicated on the notice of passage, the courier, generally after a further 2-3 working days, will make a new delivery attempt.
If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service with the aim of providing the Courier with more precise information that can also meet your needs. In the event that it proves impossible to contact you or even the possible redelivery agreed with our Customer Service is impossible, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order (termination of the contract), the return of the product to our warehouses and the subsequent possible refund according to the method payment method.

Shipping confirmation email: when we entrust the shipment to the courier, we notify you by sending an SMS (remember to indicate your mobile phone in the order form) and a Shipping Confirmation email ("CONFIRMATION OF ORDER PROCESSING AND SENDING OF INVOICE"); from this moment the delivery times start.
This email will contain all the details in relation to the delivery (shipped products, any amount due, forms of payment accepted by the appointed courier, collection instructions, etc.) and the tracking number of the shipment, thanks to which it is possible to know the exact position of the package sent; you will be able to monitor its journey online in real time directly on the courier's website.

The tracking number is also present in your "Order history" accessible via Log In to your private area (if you are a registered user), or via the link in the "Order Registration Confirmation" email.

Checks to be carried out upon delivery: upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise you to carefully check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document that we send you by email.
  • that the labels affixed to the packages bear your name and address;
  • that the external state of the packages does not show any alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet
  • that the closing materials of the package (adhesive tape or plasticized straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If during the checks carried out, you find an anomaly, we recommend that you clearly indicate it on the courier's delivery note by putting SPECIFIC WRITTEN RESERVE (e.g.: reserve for 2 missing packages, reserve for package with hole in cardboard).
As soon as possible, and in any case within 7 calendar days, report the incident to us by reporting online via the Order History section: access your "Order Summary" and select "Received damaged product" from the drop-down menu.

With this shipping method, it is possible to pay directly to the Courier when collecting the goods.

In December, delivery times may be delayed due to the higher volume of shipments.
